Refund Policy

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. Custom-Made Products (Exemption from Right of Withdrawal): Please be aware that all furniture produced by SC ERDFA COMPANY SRL is made to order, based on the specific measurements, materials, colors, and configurations requested by the client.

According to Article 16, letter c) of OUG 34/2014 (regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals), the right of withdrawal (return) does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for furniture products simply because you have changed your mind, or the furniture does not fit the aesthetics of the room, provided that the product matches the technical specifications agreed upon in the contract.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Before Production: You may request the cancellation of an order within 24 hours of signing the contract or paying the advance deposit, provided that the manufacturing process (cutting of materials) has not begun. In this case, the advance payment will be refunded in full.

  • During Production: If you wish to cancel an order after the 24-hour window or after production has commenced, SC ERDFA COMPANY SRL reserves the right to retain the advance deposit to cover the costs of materials and labor already invested.

3. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products (Warranty): While we do not accept returns for personal preference, we fully stand behind the quality of our workmanship. You are entitled to a repair or replacement if:

  • The product has manufacturing defects.

  • The product does not match the dimensions or specifications outlined in the signed order/contract.

  • The product was damaged during transport (if transport was provided by our team).

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery/assembly. We will arrange for a site visit to inspect the issue. If the defect is confirmed to be our fault, we will repair or replace the affected parts at no cost to you.

4. Material and Color Variations: Please note that wood, veneer, and chipboard (PAL/MDF) are materials that may have slight variations in texture or shade. Furthermore, the colors viewed on a digital screen (phone/monitor) may differ slightly from the physical reality due to screen calibration.

  • Minor variations in color or wood grain are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for a refund or return.

  • We strongly recommend viewing physical material samples during the measurement/consultation phase.
