Copying, reproducing, or using photographs from our portfolio on other websites or for commercial purposes without our written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Products and Limitation of Liability: The website www.erdfa.ro is a portfolio presentation site (custom-made furniture).

   • Images: Photographs are for informational purposes. Although we make every effort to render the colors and textures of materials (Chipboard/PAL, MDF, Wood) as faithfully as possible, they may look different depending on your screen settings.

   • Offers: The information on the site does not constitute a firm contractual offer. Prices and execution deadlines are established exclusively following a discussion, measurements, and the signing of a physical service/furniture execution contract.

4. Use of the Website: The user agrees to use the website for legal purposes and not to enter false data in the contact forms. The company assumes no responsibility for the malfunctioning of the website caused by technical issues of the internet provider or hosting service.
